Vanessa and Xander are the lead pastors at Living Grace and are passionate about helping people encounter God sharing the love of Jesus in practical ways and seeing the church become fully alive in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Their ministry has been in urban and rural settings, in church planting and established congregations, in homelessness and addictions spaces, along with youth and children’s work.
Vanessa grew up in the UK, Xander grew up here in Perth and has been in ministry in the UK since 2008. Together they led Salvation Army congregations for 13 years, before feeling a strong sense of calling to move to Perth, and to journey with Living Grace. They have three sons (Isaac, Asher and Gideon) and love spending time outdoors, exploring beautiful WA, as well as making the most of time with the wider family.
Living Grace has a beautiful commitment to the local neighbourhood and to living out the love of Jesus in community here. The hunger for spiritual depth along with love for each other and welcome to others is such a precious thing to be part of. We particularly love the Seeds kids ministry for our boys!
